Build a sustainable, performance-based nutrition plan grounded in data.
Register for the CrossFit Open and compete at your current level.
Compete in the Community Cup and measure your progress against the baseline you set at the start.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
How to Participate
Track your food and training using Beyond the Whiteboard.
Register for the CrossFit Open and commit to performing your best.
Measure key health markers at the start and end of the program. Blood work is optional but strongly recommended.
Attend the Nutrition Kickoff on February 22 for expert guidance and program orientation.
Check in weekly with coaching staff to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and stay accountable.
Compete in the Community Cup (June 5–9) as the culminating event of the program.
